Dear Friends of CRICS,
We are in an important time right now as we pray and wait on decisions from the government regarding our buildings and land reimbursement. Next week we should have visitors from the Thailand Highway Department visit to determine the final amount of the financial reimbursement for our buildings and land. In addition, we have made efforts lately to inquire about adding to our land. We all understand that both of these issues represent deeply important decisions for the future of our school.
Please pray that the Lord would both protect our land and enlarge our territory (spiritual and/or physical). While we are not sure about the coming days, what the necessary decisions will look like, or how Father will go about working on our behalf; we are sure we need people to pray that God would give wisdom, favor and ultimately peace to our community and our campus.
Listed below are specific scriptures we would ask you to pray over our campus over the next few days. Please pray on behalf of all families involved at CRICS. On campus we will pray as a united group on Monday afternoon at 3:35pm. Anyone in the Chiang Rai area is welcome if you would like to join in that time. Please meet in the cafeteria.
Finally, Dan Hein, an official representing the ACSI and WASC accreditation groups looking at our school, will visit CRICS at the beginning of next week to determine if CRICS is ready for the official visit in March. Please pray that Dan will have a great visit and see the strengths and benefits of our school.
Yes, His Kingdom is coming in power.
Ephesians 6 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of the dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms… And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”
Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge.
I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”
I say of the saints who are in the land, “They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.”
Those who run after other gods will suffer more and more. I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods or take up their names on my lips.
Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure.
The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure,
because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
You will make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
