If you are a graduate of the school or want to share important information about one of the FLC/CRICS alumni, please contact Ruth Fox at firstname.lastname@example.org with updates that we can share with others.
The Chiang Rai International Christian School (CRICS) has its beginnings in a small home school co-op called the Family Learning Center of Chiang Rai (FLC). Founded in 1998 by the Franciscus family, the FLC grew to 80 students before officially becoming registered as CRICS. Our first graduation ceremony took place for one student in September of 2001. With the graduation of the class of 2013, the official count of graduates from FLC/CRICS comes to a total of 52 beautiful young men and women.
FLC/CRICS graduates have studied in universities extending from Australia and New Zealand to the United States, not to mention Thailand! Some of our alums are working and have families. Others are still in various educational and vocational programs around the world, in fields ranging from interior design, catering, peace and justice issues, science, international community development, to music, and other areas.
Special congratulations to the nine alumni graduating from university in 2013! They are graduating from Maefahluang University in Thailand, Florida International University, University of South Australia, Messiah College in Pennsylvania, Seattle Pacific University, and Southville International School and Colleges in the Philippines. The students’ fields of study include nursing, theater, media arts, pre-med, English, Bio-kinetics, and Aviation Business Management. We celebrate with you!
Special note to all alumni and their families: An alumni newsletter is in the works. Please contact Ruth Fox at email@example.com with any information you would like to include in this publication regarding current studies, family news, and/or current employment.
