“I took the seventh graders to Pong Pra Bhat Waterfall to give them a hands-on experience of planting trees. My team was able to plant around 150 trees in total, thanks to a generous donation from the Chiang Rai Forestry Department. After planting the trees, we were able to relax and trek up the waterfall for the afternoon. In a few years, the trees will grow and provide oxygen and fruit to the humans and the wildlife in the area. I chose this project because I love nature and I hope that I can inspire the next generation to appreciate the world’s beauty also.” Karn, Grade 12
